NHS Men’s Soccer Workout 7-20-2020

  1. Check In
  2. Dynamic Warm-up – No equipment used
  3. Water break
  4. BEEP test – Cones used
  5. Water break
  6. Obstacle course – cones, sticks, balls, and small hurdles used
  7. Water break
  8. Passing drills – Balls used, 1 per 4 players
  9. Water break
  10. Bleacher run – No equipment used
  11. Water break & cool down stretch
  12. Released players & disinfected equipment as required

Football stands used. Practice field used. Game field used. Everyone brought their own beverage. Social distancing performed. Coaches wore masks throughout practice. Hand sanitizer provided.
