NHS Men’s Soccer Workout 7-15-2020

  1. Check In
  2. Warm-up – No equipment used
  3. 20 yard dash – cones used
  4. Water break
  5. Obstacle course – cones, sticks, and small hurdles used
  6. Water break
  7. 20 – 40 – 60 yard dash – used cones
  8. Water break & cool down stretch
  9. Released players & disinfected equipment as required

 

Practice field used. Everyone brought their own beverage. Social distancing performed. Coaches wore masks throughout practice. Hand sanitizer provided.

  4. Ran 4 laps around field alternating tasks at each corner – sticks used
  5. Water break
  6. 20 yard dashes ran – cones used
  7. Water break
  8. 40 & 60 yard dashes – used cones
  9. Water break & cool down stretch
  10. Released players & disinfected equipment as required
  11. Corner sticks left for use on Monday
