Monday – long run no more than 7 miles, no less than 5 miles

Tuesday – Wayne Street hills, Platt Street hills or by coach Foster’s house

Wednesday – from Coach Todd’s house each street is a different distance from 800 meters to 1.7 miles.  I will pick as we go, depends on how well they run or mile repeat on Lake Street or 800 repeats behind Goodwill on the dirt road

Thursday – same as Tuesday

Friday – 3-4 or 5 miles, combination of sprints, strides, and jog non stop

Saturday – on their own, 4-6 mile run

Sunday – day off
