Practice Times: 8:00 – 9:30 Monday-Friday
Mondays: 
1 miel warm-up
Stretching and Bob Taylor Stretches
6-7 mile run or less for those whose miles are not built up yet

Tuesdays:
1 mile warm-up

Hills – either rolling hills or repeats (this will be done on State Street/Wayne/Platt or Phillip
They will put in at least 4 miles on this day

Wednesdays:
1 mile warm-up

Repeat 800’s/miles or 2 miles (by my house or down lake street etc..

Thursday:
1 mile warm-up

5-7 miles – Long run or Fartlek training (this will be done from school/on track or by my house)

Saturday:
They run as many miles on their own to reach their 30 or 20 miles a week threshold.  Depends on where they are at with their endurance building for the season.
Sunday:
Rest or if they couldn’t run on Saturday, they run on Sunday.  This is done on their own
